Executive Assistant
Patti Starman
Began serving in the ministry as a volunteer in 1990 and was brought on staff as Pastor Tina’s Executive Assistant in 1995. As of January 2009, she serves as the Pastoral Executive Assistant at CNC.

Sharon Maszton
Began attending CNC in 1983 and was soon after brought on staff as the director of the Day Care Center; in 1985 she was placed in charge of CNC financial department where she remains.

Office Manager
Norma Wheeler
Has attended CNC since 1968 and has served on staff since 1979. In 1983 she became office manager where she serves today.

Worship Leader
Ashley Sloan
Was born into the church in 1985. In 2001 she was a worship leader for the youth and in 2006 she became the full time worship director.

Custodial Care
Betty Sloan
Has attended CNC since 1983 and has served as a volunteer since then. In 2006 she was brought on staff as custodian where she serves today.

Media Team
Tristan Rader
Began attending CNC in 2003 and was hired as an intern in 2005. In 2006 he was brought on full time in the media department.

Was born into the church in 1987 and began as an intern in 2007. He was hired on in 2008 as a graphic designer and media specialist.

Systems Operation
Matt Norton
Began attending CNC in 1998. In 2000 he began serving in the audio department and was brought onto the full time staff in 2004 as information technologies systems operation manager.

Print/Data Systems
Ivy E. Cooper
Began attending CNC in 1985 and was brought onto staff in 1997 as a print media specialist. She now handles the print as well as data systems.

Darlene Jones
Began attending in 1998, she was brought onto the staff as a Data Entry Specialist in 2005 and continues to serve to this day.

Senior Pastor
Dr. Louis Kayatin Sr.
Began as an assistant in 1973 and became youth pastor in 1975 and then Senior Pastor in 1978. He continues to serve as Senior with his wife of 44 years to this day.

Has been with her Husband since the beginning. Pastor Tina Leads the inner city missions of CNC. Continues to serve with her husband as Senior to this day.

Troy Thompson
Began working for CNC in January 2003 as an administrative assistant and in 2009 he was promoted to Assistant Pastor.

James Jones
Began attending CNC in 1998 and was soon after brought on staff to play music during services, in 2000 he became CNC’s worship leader.
